Job Title: Lead Generation Specialists

Job Overview:

At Global Impact Sourcing, we’re committed to hiring qualified candidates for our team. A Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and converting potential customers for a business. This role involves researching target markets, developing and executing strategies to generate leads, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to nurture and qualify these leads into prospects. The ultimate goal is to drive business growth by ensuring a consistent and high-quality pipeline of potential clients.

Responsibilities:

        • Conduct thorough research to identify target markets and potential customers.
        • Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive lists of potential leads.
        • Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to engage prospects.
        • Evaluate and qualify leads through various methods to ensure they meet the criteria for further engagement.
        • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
        • Develop strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel, including follow-up communications and content sharing.
        • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives.
        • Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns and strategies, providing regular reports and insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

        • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
        • Strong ability to conduct detailed market research and identify potential leads.
        • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
        • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email marketing tools, and lead generation platforms.
        • Meticulous in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of lead information.

Preferred Qualifications:

        • Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles
        • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
        • Strong time management and organizational skills
